I get the urge to not eat at all during my traveling and prefer my homemade full grain sandwich 🥪

My dad got stopped by the police for doing some dancing at the airport to "loosen up" before the flight.

Cops asked him if he was on drugs, they ended up getting stuck listening to him talk about his style of yoga & how everyone could benefit from a little movement before the flight 🤣.

Not my type of groove. But if I hear a good bass , trance, etc hard no to move with it.
