Yeah I have heard of this project. Nah doesn’t need to be MS word format. Markdown would do the job. I just need following requirements:

Only some users and can view/edit

So the docs won’t be public. Not sure if that is possible with nostr?

Nostr is not about privacy (yet). Since it was never a consideration for design, using something like CryptPad is probably a better path. There are multiple instances of CryptPad, and you can run your own, if you want/need to.
