Day 2 of carnivore. Not bad at all, although I haven’t done any cardio/run training, which I need to keep up with. Might do carnivore days and alternate on run days, any thoughts? #carnivore
You can run entirely on fat. Go give it a few months and post regular updates.
Watch out for the carnivore flu tho.
