It’s funny my girlfriend is Latina and she makes mild salsa , gives it to my family and they literally are all panting at how hot it is. Super funny white peoples tolerance to “spicy” stuff.

Here a good recipe I learned in Brooklyn from a Hawaiian/Filipino friend who owned a restaurant. Layer it in this order:

Hard shell

Sticky rice

Cilantro finely chopped (a dash)

Seared pineapple chunks

Spam or chorizo

Salsa

Guacamole

Lettuce
