I didn't feel like going on a run today. So, I said a few swear words of encouragement at myself and got ready for my run. The hardest part is to actually get started. That's much harder than the run itself, IMO.

Need this for the gym. I’m tired after work😂

Every once in a while I go for a run in the evenings if I'm too busy during the work day, but the same thing applies. I'll be tired and won't feel like it. You just need to do it. 🔥🔥

Motivation is 99% of the work. With enough motivation you can accomplish anything.

That’s very true. And I’ve struggled with it as well in the Summer heat. Consistency is also key to improvements and being successful is long term big goals/distances.

i've been going mid-mornings due to summer heat. if i was really motivated, i'd get up and go at 6:30am 😆

I’m not that motivated as well. I often justify the time of day vs. humidity. Humidity burns off and is higher/highest in the mornings. The small temp offset may not matter that much.
