That’s very true. And I’ve struggled with it as well in the Summer heat. Consistency is also key to improvements and being successful is long term big goals/distances.

i've been going mid-mornings due to summer heat. if i was really motivated, i'd get up and go at 6:30am 😆
I’m not that motivated as well. I often justify the time of day vs. humidity. Humidity burns off and is higher/highest in the mornings. The small temp offset may not matter that much.
