If I had to give an award to the best application of the Bitcoin ecosystem (With nostr:nprofile1qy88wumn8ghj7mn0wvhxcmmv9uq3uamnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3dwp6kytnhv4kxcmmjv3jhytnwv46z7qpqpsm37hke2pmxzdzraqe3cjmqs28dv77da74pdx8mtn5a0vegtlasaraze8 permission), it would undoubtedly be Robosats.

Maximum privacy, maximum simplicity and simply effectiveness.

Bitcoin without kyc at market price, I have rarely paid a premium of more than 2%, I usually pay between 0% and 1%.

If you keep using kyc exchanges which in many cases are more expensive than Robosats, you suffer some kind of delay, like when they ask you for selfies by sticking a finger in your ass while holding your ID or the new travel rule.

Be fucking free, don't ask for permission.

"Be fucking free, don't ask for permission." Got it. Now, how about freeing yourself from the need for everyone else's approval, too?

In kyc exchanges the state knows everything you have bought and everything you have sold, you can't escape taxes and you can't escape a very possible future extortion by the state.

Think about what you do.

For Europeans this is now vital, Europe is the new soviet union.

Genuine question: is robosats better than bisq and how? I have been using bisq lately and it is far from instant but is reliable and cost-effective.

Bisq is undoubtedly the king, it has a brutal volume of about 3000 bitcoins per year.

But for a novice it is complicated, I can not recommend it.

Robosats on the other hand is very simple and instantaneous and like Bisq focuses on privacy.

The main difference of use that I give them is the amount of Bitcoin to trade, ie, in robosats orders range from 10 dollars / euros to 4000 approximately, in Bisq the average size of the orders are usually much higher.

The reason is also simple, Robosats is Lightning, and the liquidity of users' wallets is not usually high, for large transactions Bisq is better unless both use Lightning Custodial wallets.

It you're just doing small swaps Robosats is better.

But since LN payment regularly fail transferring larger sums

if you need to do a bigger trade,

or use a payment method that doesn't settle quickly

(cant do cash by mail over Robosats!)

Bisq is where its at.

Yo uso bisq y siempre por caso un email .

Tengo miedo de SEPA, bizum o revivir ya que hacienda te puede pedir explicaciones. Ademas he oído casos de que revolución simplemente te cierra la cuenta si detecta actividad sospechosa

robosats has no user here

did try once🙁

Whats your favourite payment method? Bizum?

I agree that those are great applications 🙏

We 🧡 Robosats too!

I agree. I don't use it much but I'm glad it's there (just in case).

You can use Robosats to flip in or out of #monero.

I rarely have to wait more than an hour or two for a taker and I can receive Lightning payments via LN proxy in the UI.

Also you can use it over TOR.

It can be challenging to establish proxy budget

but even with that , the UX is awesome.

You can even add your personal node via TOR with Orbot/InviZible and send your sats to an externall wallet.

Exactly 💯 I have had way better experience with peach than robotsats. Even to the point of an almost immediate exchange recently
