Breakfast: smashed avo with goats cheese and poached eggs on sourdough toast.

Dinner: slow cooked brisket paired with baked sweet potato covered in grated cheddar, sour cream and honey.

IM A LOVER IF AVACODO TOAST.. USUALLY SKIP BREAKFAST HOWEVER AND OMAD DONNER ... SALMON, SHRIMP ... USUALLY SEAFOOD OR CHICKEN BREAST..

BREAKFAST: GLASS OF WATER WITH 5G CREATINE, 3G 70% KACL/30% NACL SALT AND 1.5G HIMALAYAN ROCK SALT.

LUNCH: 200-250G GRASSFED GROUND BEEF + 5 EGGS

DINNER: 500G GRASSFED BEEF OF SOME SORT
