I practice meditation since many years.

Breathing helps indeed.

And awareness of self emotional condition.

Congrats. I never got too far with mediation because as soon as I sat down I started feeling someone else's energy around me and totally intruded on my mornings.

I am doing it in the evenings. Lower chance to get distracted by someone.

Also I am using most of the times insight timer app to cut myself out.

Cut yourself out? Ouch.

Yeah tried the evenings too.. didnt work.. seems like anxious attachment style from another person.

Happy meditating though.
