and of course the "property" of the NSEC is the follower list? I would say Notes as well, but everyone has access to that, so if a Note had a recipe or song, that would also rely on external property rights system to enforce...
there's far more to it... a thing that can have other things attach to it isn't property in itself, it is an estate, to be more strictly correct, primitive, but essentially, yes

NSECs and UTXO private keys
nsec is worthless, you can have many without any value to them, utxo is valuable
maybe you can make an nsec valuable but the only way it would be really valuable is if it was the master seed key for many UTXOs
