Real estate is a shitcoin - you can't *actually* own a home, you can only have permission from the state to pretend to own it

same as domain names and the IANA, which is controlled by the USG

so that leaves Bitcoin and NSECs as only digital property that's able to be custodied?
and of course the "property" of the NSEC is the follower list? I would say Notes as well, but everyone has access to that, so if a Note had a recipe or song, that would also rely on external property rights system to enforce...
there's far more to it... a thing that can have other things attach to it isn't property in itself, it is an estate, to be more strictly correct, primitive, but essentially, yes
so is it correct to say that out of all the Web3 excitement, there was just 2 Digital Estates that have been born,
NSECs and UTXO private keys
nsec is worthless, you can have many without any value to them, utxo is valuable
maybe you can make an nsec valuable but the only way it would be really valuable is if it was the master seed key for many UTXOs
"You'll own nothing and you'll be happy" as the saying goes
I just finished replacing the last of that infamous Quest pipe in our house. Also, apparently this house was built around the time 'stick-in' receptacles were the new craze. Had to replace all of those. One of which took out all of the kitchen counter receptacles when the spring let go, and three others throughout the house that had arc-flash burn marks on them.

This seems like a plot from a movie... where the owners fight back and the companies need to abort the plan.
The first communication should not be "you are losing your home" it should be "we are thinking to build this train for you but it would go through these properties... here's our offer"
What progressives have done to the concept of property
Possessing nukes is the only way to own physical real estate.
