Forgot I blasted my legs with a kettlebell workout this morning then tried to walk up the stairs like nothing happened.
It was like a cartoon where my legs went up the stairs but my upper body stayed the same height until my middle couldn't crunch up anymore and I fell over mid flight.
Now I have the DOMS and the bruises, so I got that going for me.
Those Turkish getups will sneak up on you. But good on ya, k-bells are no joke.

I was doing armor building complex.
Doubles, 2 cleans, 1 press, 3 squats. That is one rep.
It was meant to be a quick cardio sprint with explosive movements. I didn't think through how 10 reps is 30 explosive squats, plus the cleans.
Strong play, man. Kudos.
