Idk just for a couple of days now i figure all these woo woo things cant hurt and might even help so i rotate as they pop into my consciousness dont give it much thought beyond that

I heard good things about pollen for allergies years ago. But since I don't have seasonal allergies, never tried.

yes many ppl after covid developed an overactive immune system and they reacted to more. carnivore bc it puts you in ketosis releases ketones which are powerful anti inflammatories. and can calm down an overactive immune system.
Wow I didn't know many ppl had that happen. I know I am. But just thought that's just my body, since I had issues before.
And I didn't know that's why ketosis work. Good to know.
