Gas Stove or Electric?

I like electric

Gas stove is good if it's burning properly

Have been making those switches over the past few months. Using pour over coffee in glass.

Threw out all plastic cutting boards

Replacing plastic with wood and glass is the first thing I started with

Glass/ceramic only when heating in microwave now.
