It's still better if you render your own from trimmings.
Saw it at my supermarket today still in fat form in the meat section. Just need to render it. That’s a pretty big change. They looked at me funny a year ago when I asked the butcher to get me some.
I was never really a hipster… is this what it feels like to question everything you’ve come to know about a topic as it goes mainstream???
It’s I weren’t across the pond I say pick up a couple of packs for me. Can’t find tallow in my local stores
