This book has been a game-changer for my training. I was always dealing with joint pain, and I thought eating piles of spinach was healthy but it turns out I was just overwhelming my body with oxalates.

What happened after you dropped the spinach? Did the pain stop?

Yes. 90% of the pain has gone away
