I don’t know man. I’m not sure. The hashtag asknostr works sometimes. But I normally search with keywords, rather than hashtags.

Im new on nostr. I tried using them but can‘t tell you anything but reach yet.

Searching with them helped me in the beginning (for example #introductions)

I like hashtags to organize my own thinking. Idk how often people search for them explicitly, but I’ll save a few feeds and check them sometimes.
