Hmm I’ve had synology once and looked at network traffic to see nonstop attacks from China and Russia

That's interesting. Haven't seen that. Do you think that's because it's Synology hardware? I'll have to take a deeper look at my network traffic.

My guess is synology has a distinct footprint that’s easily searchable.
