Primal selling sats directly in the app was a win. Idc how anyone feels about KYC, etc… it was a win.

Agreed. Maybe it’s not cool to not run a lightning node. But for fuckssake, I already run 2 btc nodes and 2 miners. I do not have time to sysadmin more boxes
If it were to incorporate content dvm feeds or something like it instead of populated follows, it would be awesome for suggesting to non-bitcoiners. I'm excited where it goes next.
I agree. Recommendations are the one thing I ignore anywhere I go on Nostr, so I haven’t noticed the quality of them much. I’d love to know if I’m blackisted. 😂

😂 I don't think they're poor quality at all, just very topic oriented. I understand It's hard to populate a feed when everyone well known has the same main thing they're known for.
It’s a chicken and egg problem and always will be. How do we get non-btc content on Nostr? We need non-btc people to join and post. What will make non-btc people join Nostr and stay? Non-btc content. 😂

Lol yeah... one of a few reasons I rarely post about btc. It's really too bad I don't have nor do I want a shtick. Despite telling myself I'm going to fade out eventually, I'm on multiple times a day. I'm just too captivated by life to narrow my activities down to one thing that could be considered "content" 😂🤣

You don’t need non-btc content to get non-btc people on a social network. Social networks have 1% of creators, 10% of commentators and 89% of consumers.
Incentivize creators to join nostr and get non-btc content and non-btc people. Unfortunately, nostr has nothing to offer to creators and general point of the core of nostr community is “we don’t need it, nostr already won because its a protocol”
