Hey you're already great with the GIFS and the jpg's. Thanks! No need to panic about the zapping stuff. It is real bitcoin which can be exchanged for fiat currency (which means the money we already use) but you can do whatever you want with it. You don't have to take any of it seriously and you can keep your sats (bitcoin) within the nostr network if you want. You might improve your experience by using some paid relays which you can access via zapping.
Nostr is about freedom. There are no algorithms controlling what you see and no ads.

Hey Cassie. You have to understand there are 100 000 000 Satoshis per Bitcoin so at present 1 is dollar is about 3500 satoshies. So you are not rich yet but hold them long enough and who knows. Enjoy your journey. 🧡🤙⚡️
As people pointed out already sats (satoshis) are fractions of a Bitcoin. 1 Bitcoin = 100.000.000 sats
But yeah, they are real Bitcoin.
