Or create an account and submit an issue. You don't need to be a dev to make an issue. But I'll gladly take issue submissions on nostr too. It's just harder to track them.
Cant stop lauging. Mind you its not, make a github acc and create new issue. Its worse than that.

Why do devs not simply buil an AI tool which pulls this stuff from notes and then pushes it into their Githubs?

There’s Reddit bots ( nostr:npub1e206mzksyrymrhlyrn3lgppe9fvax9e6zkvffea5pzyyy7mf8gysqff3ff , etc), seems like a bot could scrape a repo and post it to nostr (but it could be that it takes running a relay and storing it and dealing with potentially out of sync / old info running rampant)

I already do something similar with GitWorkshop issues. Shouldn't be hard to automate.
My dream is having in-app issue discussions and requests following the Git Issues NIP-34. That would also simplify bounty proposals, tracking, claims and approvals.

This not true for Gossip. Because I did report an issue to M. Dilger(npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c) . It get fixed really quick and new version was released.
