Hahah I knew you were gonna say something about it! 😂 only in the weekends tho 🫡
On weekdays I go for oats mostly 😌
And even worse, seed oils 😁
We're gonna keep addressing it if you show us this filth bro.
So true
Son of a baker here 🙋🏼♂️ I’m sure you’ll say I’m wrong but in what part of these are seed oils?
Well it isn't in there necessarily, but if you'd buy these at a grocery store it would most certainly be in there, like Palm or rapeseed oil.
Yea I can totally understand that! But, at least back in my day, when I saw how my dad made them, it didn’t look like they were so unhealthy. I mean they’re probably sugary 😂 but I’m not sure about rapeseed oil
Bro nooooo
No oats please
Processed carbs = sugar
Read “deep nutrition” “stay of my operating table” and “fiat food”
How on earth are oats also a bad thing? Fiber is not bad right?
Oats are pure sugar and full of seed oils
Makes your blood sugar go 🚀🚀🚀🚀
I didn’t read that book you were talking about but full of seed oils? How?
Definitely not when you make them yourself
But from the grocery store contains almost always seed oils
Yea sure. That I can believe. Honestly I’ve been checking the ingredients more and more. But I guess I could learn more about that indeed. Recently I came across this book called “De mens is een plofkip” from a Dutch guy “Teun van de Keuken” seemed interesting to me.
Deep Nutrition was a amazing book.
