Buy no KYC in Azte.co, Bisq, HodlHodl, Robosats, local meetups or other p2p marketplaces. Never report to the tax "authorities". Save, use and replace. Simple, really.

KYC Bitcoin bought in exchanges is worse than a CBDC.

How is it worse than CBDC?

You know that UTXOs can be tracked? What happens if I know what UTXOs you own?

Not what I asked

Connect the dots

Grow up

Good luck buying and selling large amounts on those…

Good luck when the exchange hands your data to the government or other criminals.

You don't need luck, just do it

“Large” is not a number. “Large” to who? This is the problem with the Orange and Purple People; they’re parochial, insular and navel gazing.

It’s not a general problem; it’s a problem with them and contained in them, and so, it will be overcome very quickly once all the pieces are in place.

And it’s all coming together. Isn’t that special?

Lol you’re the one preaching don’t buy kyc, and you call me parochial? Whatever dude

Wherever madam.

I used to recommend bisq every time but have started recommending haveno instead, you might want to look into it

Bisq still resectable recommendation tho 🤙

does Haveno use the 2-of-3 multisig trading model?

I think this link says yes but I honestly know nothing about the question other than finding this just now - https://github.com/haveno-dex/haveno-meta/issues/14

As I remembered. 2-of-3 was an old protocol for Bisq, discontinued as it gave way to risky scams in case the 3rd signer colluded with a dishonest trader.

Interesting. This might be another area like nostr clients where I'm better off just telling people what's out there without recommending anything in particular

Idk but mine is better: use haveno and then swap for Bitcoin, doggie coin, whatever else you want on crypto-for-crypto exchanges

Oh I forgot you might actually be able to buy Bitcoin directly on haveno too
