In September 2019, I decided to use a glucose sensor to test those famous keto gummies containing soluble tapioca fiber. I wanted to get the exact data to show how bad they really are!

I scanned myself every 5 minutes. I went from 4.3 to 9 and then back down.

My HbA1c is 4.3.

I am not diabetic.

When you truly understand... you don't touch them! 🤓

As a type 2 diabetic, I stay away from any stuff that promises low carb etc., and just stick to real food because I know that these things won't just spike me, they'll elevate my blood glucose for a long while because I'm so very insulin resistant.

I share this opinion as well, and I like to demonstrate that what companies label as 'keto' often isn't. I am currently on a carnivore diet and have been for 28 days. I believe it is the best diet for reducing severe insulin resistance!
