Replying to Avatar Brisket

This was at my back door late last night.

It's one of our more beautiful snakes.

It's called a bandy-bandy or hoop snake & they pretty much only eat blind snakes (which I've never personally seen).

Venemous but you'd have to be pretty unlucky to get bitten.

You'd have to be pretty unlucky to be get bitten.. or poking it with a stick 😂

What a cool snake. There's a coral snake in Texas that looks similar, but it's more colorful. Also very venemous, but not aggressive.
