you could rent/buy several acres of land with breathable atmosphere and high quality of life at that price almost anywhere else

downside is you lose bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and often easy airport access.

these are my main gripes as someone that’s lived in major US cities, including nyc, and moved to a rural location.

goodbye to all that 🫡

Personally, I am open to leaving the city. I like being by the ocean.

The only things I would miss from your list are restaurants and close airports.

The argument against me leaving is that buying a home/land somewhere new and living alone with no friends around feels sketch. If I was a guy, I probably would do that. As a woman, idk about that.

El Salvador could be a great choice. Getting better day by day. 🤙🏽

C'est cher la bas je cherche à m'expatrier pour d'autres aventures de vie socioprofessionnelle ?

I feel you and makes sense. I made that jump as a man, but have female family that’s shared your same apprehension. moving to a new place is hard without a partner!

if you decide to take the leap, my advice is to look for social groups for activities you’re into. I found friends in a weekly trail running group and mountain biking group.

Yeah I think there's a happy medium. Not totally remote but not a city! So looking into that as well. Thanks for you suggestions! Great hobbies!

Oubliez le côté genre à partir du moment vous êtes autonome et jouissez d'une liberté sans contrainte quand vous voyagez vous faites de l'échange c'est tout

True but those are only s*** coins in terms of happiness

this what i think about all. the. time. my other thought process is to go live in Hawaii or Florida.

mostly all my friends lives in New York. so would basically be starting fresh and being super isolated.

Haiwai pourquoi pas ? La Floride est superbe tout dépend où ?

Où s'il vous plaît au Brésil Arracaju ou Guiteres ??
