I just prefer a very small build. My gf is literally 90 lbs and 4’8” (21 years old >_<) and she’s more or less the ideal body to me.

For me, imperfections make them more attractive. Including one being bigger than the other. Big pepperoni nipples. Fake ones are to robotic. Hardly different than a lady boy tbh. Maybe some guys like them. But some guys fuck men's butt holes and call it a boy pussy too.
