What messengers are you using and how do you convince your friends to not just use whatsapp?
Iām looking at SimpleX right now since it was advertised here and there, but the hard part is getting your peers to use alternative technologies, in my opinion.

I would like to use keet.io, but nobody is switching to it. I can talk about it as much as I want. If no one is interested, it simply doesn't matter.

I'm talking about my personal friends mostly. I'm into very different things than they are. Everyone uses WhatsApp, and a few use Telegram. Saying "let's switch to Keet" in the WhatsApp group doesn't work at all. I doubt anyone even clicked on the link š
We've got it too good, I suppose.
