Walked around a property we purchased pre covid, looking to try to build next year, been a long time coming. Anyway found a deer buck skull and antlers, and spine clean and bleached from the sun. Any steps needed to preserve these? #deer #buck #bones #hunting #asknostr

I know there is a saltwater brine you can mix up and soak it for about 10 days to kill any bacteria. That’s probably all you need to do as I’m sure all the flesh is gone.

It’s about 5 acres which I believe is technically the size where a license is unnecessary but I’m not sure it’s large enough for the purposes of hunting.
