I know there is a saltwater brine you can mix up and soak it for about 10 days to kill any bacteria. That’s probably all you need to do as I’m sure all the flesh is gone.

Nope, if its clean and sun bleached just hang it up. Still have a deer skull with some antlers my dad found about 30+ years ago.
