They are in a migration from one custodian to another. Likely why. Texas nuked prime trust and they were not able to let Texas residents buy, etc. All my referral sats are in limbo till the migration is done. Put in a ticket to be sure their CSRs are great.
I’m aware of the situation and have been in contact with their support, but the UX is still shit.
they hit me with a 5 day waiting period on ACH. then a surprise custodian migration lockout. now going on a week waiting on the withdrawal.
meanwhile their site says withdrawals may to “up to 1 day” and cory is all over twitter saying they’re processing withdrawals.
I appreciate their situation but I’m just frustrated with the whole experience.

We MAXIS have all been rekt at some point - pain is the only way to learn some lessons, unfortunately.
oh I won’t get rekt, this was just a single dip purchase that hadn’t made it to cold storage yet due to the unfortunate timing of their custodian issues.
