If you want to accelerate the wight loss you can also try stairs clibing machine in the fitness. 1 hour per day 2 days per week at some higher speed and you will be slenderman in a month ;-)

Lol I can barely make it nine floors at my work. Maybe if I lived in a mountain. I think I'll try to just add of a day of fasting each week.

Doing cardio exercises is really good. Physical movement will make the process go faster. I've heard that martial arts are good too. If you have time consider it.

I run like 12 to 15 Miles per week. I actually should probably reduce cardio. I think it makes you hold on to a little fat. You don't see long distance runners really ripped. Won't have energy left for resistance training. It's more of a meditation thing for me. Time where I can zone out in my mind.

It is true that cardio kills gains. It is even a saying among gymbros. But it is the most effective way to loose weight. Yes, you can start training for muscules before you are skinny but even though you are muscular you'll still look a bit fat.

Training for muscules will also make you loose weight. It just won't be as fast as cardio.
