Over two weeks of almost no carbs. I have to quit. I cramped so bad during a 5 k run my calf still hurts two days later. It also killed my 5k time.
I'm drinking 1.5 cups of coffee per day and that is definitely making it worse. But it's hard to give up coffee completely.
I still want to lose a little weight.
So I'm gonna just try to eat very little. I'll start with 1 potatoe, 1 apple, and 1.5lb of meat per day. seems like a good goal.
