Satoshi had issuing power…. He made the decision. You follow the rules
His own coins that he mined maybe.. but the rest are still being mined. So I don't follow the logic.
Satoshi determined everything including the supply schedule, the issuance rules, the cap. That is issuing power. The difference is: he then gave up control. We just follow the rules he embedded. It’s rule-based issuance, not authority-based.
