I often see bitcoiners at each other’s throats on Twitter but have yet to see it spill on to #Nostr
Is it because the people who are prone to drama stay on Twitter?

The twitter algorithm is set for 'engagement'. In practice, conflict increases engagement- people get mad and tweet more when they see something they don't like. That will happen here to a certain extent, but it won't be constantly reinforced by the algorithm like it is on twitter.
