JellyFish relay is ready for it because you charge a fee to even use it. Most bot farms won't pay for a service and if they want to most time they can't afford to pay.
We can see already that the free relay are full of spam and bots. That's why paid relays are the future.
Even if they pay, they won't he able to gain enough WoT rank for this number of accounts, so they can't join!
If some of them managed to even gain WoT rank, our next moderation system which is WIP will rapidly blacklist them.
Spamming in the Nostr will be impossible.
