Itβs a great idea but quality varies. The first package was all super great thin crispy skins, but the second one, bought the same day, all the skins were weirdly thick and didnβt really crisp up π€·π»ββοΈ hoping the quality is generally like the first since we already bought two more packages π
Oh yeah the bonus to cooking up a bunch of chicken skin? You get loads of gorgeous tasty golden schmaltz too π
