Takes me so long to pack my drinks, lunch and snacks, on long school days. And then I have to lug everything around.
Is this worth it? 🙄

Eating is kind of a chore but I find pretty effective for increased chances of survival.
I mean, over buying lunch and snack and tea and stuff.
But that probably adds up to €20, so I guess that would get expensive, eventually.
Eventually. When I am bachelor man I buy out way more and my bank account doesn’t notice but I do ok with money. Lots of people can’t afford to eat healthy and be full unfortunately. It’s definitely something that requires planning and discipline to keep up with regardless because there just don’t seem to be healthy choices by default anywhere. Kind of frustrating!
I usually keep in mind, like you say, 20$€£ whatever hardly matters but 60 for 3 squares and most min wage jobs you only end up with about 80 at the end of the day so yeah after feeding yourself how does anyone on this wage scale expect to pay rent or anything else??? Impossible. Ridiculous everyday people choose between shelter and food we all know it 😞 back to the main point though I didn’t find it be a big deal to eat out regularly after some time seeing it this way.
Home made lunch is worth it imo. It has the love ingredient. If healthy options are available on site, maybe alternate
Totally worth it! You got this 🙏
Yes
OMAD and carnivore dinner is pretty freeing.
I also like going out to eat less and less as it gets more expensive and takes more time and energy to do so than buying beef and bacon and cooking that for myself once a day.
Take all the time you need to think about, make, and consume your food.
In old age your body will thank you
