authenticated (nip42) relays had an outage this morning. if you noticed connectivity issues related to this, they're now resolved.

Could it have happened last night as well? We had an issue with a new signer and I put the blame on the signer, but let me know if this could have been it.

A couple times a week, I see connection issues. This outage doesn't look much different than usual for us.
it wouldnt have affected that relay because it doesnt use auth. however, i do notice these small unavailability windows when the cluster is under heavy load, and have gradually been finding/fixing the reasons for it.
