Anybody here do cold plunges?

Ever since trying it in Norway I’ve gonna partially down the rabbit hole of saunas and cold plunges.

Yes.

Been great to have someone in the community build one.

Now our lunch-timish activity/hang.

Started tracking a few months ago.
