Ideally you want to vegetarian not vegan

High protein - spirulina, chorella, walnuts, hemp seed protein.

Good fats - ghee, macadamia nuts, walnuts, Olive oil, olives , cacao butter

Carbs - sweet potatoes, Mung beans, millets etc

Lots of veggies, salt, minerals and spices and herbs for Polyphenols
