It could be attached to anxiety, which is attached to fear or regret. What happened in that moment to cause the fear and why? Fear of failure? Doubt that you’re good enough? Is there another person attached to it? If so, forgiving them, and accept the moment and move on, leaving it behind. For me, fear is when I forget to trust God has a great plan for me and if he called me to do it, then He has a victory in store for it. I pray, and then I’m back at peace. 🥰🙏🏼🫂 Hope this helps! Totally human! 🫂💕 that can be so hard. You’re so welcome. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried this, but it absolutely works for me. Pray that God would give you peace. There is a verse in the Bible that I repeat and it totally helps. ➡️ “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear is tormenting.” 1 John 4:18. God is love. I’m praying for you and that your day would be full of peace, hope, love and joy! 🥰

Control ? Wait until the children become teens when you have multiple entities who will not heed your warning/advice, delight in rebuking you and bankrupt you at the same time.
