One thing that would help a lot is to set up a WiFi for the sellers. While the payments went through right away you could see the sellers raising their hands to "catch signal".

Also, is there some potential solution for the last 2-3 sellers that don't accept bitcoin?
I literally didn't have cash with me, so those transactions couldn't happen...
One thing I learned in companies is that you really need to keep an eye on the couple of your top users and make them super happy, make them an example for others...
I imagine it would be similar in starting bitcoin economies.
These top users then often become attractors, great proponents of the solution and great testers of new stuff 🙂
