One thing that would help a lot is to set up a WiFi for the sellers. While the payments went through right away you could see the sellers raising their hands to "catch signal".

One thing I learned in companies is that you really need to keep an eye on the couple of your top users and make them super happy, make them an example for others...

I imagine it would be similar in starting bitcoin economies.

These top users then often become attractors, great proponents of the solution and great testers of new stuff 🙂
