Nostr idea:
I meet a lot of people and I've always wanted a way to keep private notes on people's Twitter profile pages to remind myself where I met them and add some context around our interactions.
Would be nice to be able to attach a private note to specific npubs and have that appear on their profile in a "private notes" tab or something.

I like it, but be aware that this can turn into a data honeypot. People get their private keys compromised all the time, and I'd hate to see a dossier of nyms leaked.
Fair, tho I feel like we will need to come up with nostr best practices at some point, which may include how to write these types of notes without giving too much away
