Hey all, make sure you back up your Wallet of Satoshi with an email if you just got it. I restored my phone last night and forgot to do that and paid the price. I have 2 wallet of Satoshis and the one with my #Nostr account was never linked to an email (rookie move) …. logged me out and lost… 396,000 sat donation to the network. Wallet gone. Yup, just make sure you remember the burner email! Pretty sure that’s what I did, I tried 4 different emails and none worked. 😂😂😂, the biggest difference between the wise man and the fool is the wise man is smart enough to know he’s a fool.

I think about this a lot. You know me and WoS and it doesn’t allow me to link an email. Once to get to a size you’re not comfortable with would it be bad to transfer to Muun?
This is maybe a #[2] question but if I send WoS to Muun to CS and use addresses I’ve never used before does that attach my Muun email KYC to the WoS sats?

If you get more than you're comfortable with, definitely send to either your own node, Muun, Phoenix or Breez. You can also send to an on chain address from WoS or something like Boltz
Yeah. Should’ve sent some to storage. I really only had that much on there from winning packer so much recently. I don’t like to have more than 200,000 sats on a hot wallet. It was dumb of me.
