Urgent and important update for BlueWallet users! 🚨⚡️
BlueWallet is eliminating its custodial Lightning wallet service on April 30.
This means all Lightning wallets that use their lndhub.io node will be removed!
If you have any custodial sats in BlueWallet, remove them ASAP!
All imported LND wallets running off of your own node or third-party systems will still continue to work.

You don’t have to stop using BlueWallet. Just import a LN.tips or Alby wallet into it instead of their default Lightning node that’s being shut down, or connect your own node if you run LND.

So i can import my alby wallet, transfer sats to it within Bluewallet and then delete/ forget about my original ln wallet within Bluewallet?
Correct. But lndhub.io won’t let you withdraw the full balance because they have a 1% reserve minimum, so you might have you withdraw a few times and sacrifice your last sat to the universe. That’s how I had to do it.
The last drop alway remaines in the underwear 🩲 💧 😅
