The same goes for people wanting to get married or have kids.
People love to talk this up as some type of motivation but don't like to share how to overcome these mental barriers. Sorry there's just something about the hustle culture attention grabbing stuff that grinds my gears after years of watching others just post "motivating posts" that were actually unlikely to do help anyone except sell their book.
Then it isn’t meant for you. No amount of words can make anyone do anything if they’re what’s holding themselves back. The help that’s needed for that is either a tragic event or professional.. if even. Some just want to remain the same yet continue to make excuses.
Start extremely small that it looks like nothing at all and then take it from there.
