You can jump start the "processing " by creating an evening routine that will buffer the daytime from the sleep time...

Candle gazing, alternate nostril breathing , meditating or walking in nature for as little as 10 minutes in the evening can help....and promote a calmer dreamscape so you wake feeling more rested.

Sleep is when the body rejuvenates. Why wait for the weekend? 🫂🙏

Yeah I couldn’t agree with you more.

I love your insight. And I’ve been neglecting all of my Vinyasa Yoga and this a good reminder to do some Pranayanama(I think I got that right)

I’ve definitely had lots of work to do with all my clients at work and in my spare time I’ve just been trying to learn everything I can about BTC. And I think that may be overwhelming me some too; as the night before I was putting together seedsigners and testing transactions in my dreams
