What are you thinking about my friend?
I'm trying to understand this trend. Steak diets etc....
I'm a foodie, I cook and eat very high quality food and an extremely varied diet. I eat out often, but always at good restaurants (not necessarily posh, but always good food).
I don't think about carbs, or protein or any other metric.
I'm still evolving my view on this current trend and this apparent malaise that surrounds food.
I have no conclusions, just observing for the moment.
